Wild Sockeye Lox
Only the finest wild-caught sockeye salmon available from Alaska is used to make this incredible cold smoked lox. The Sockeye Salmon is known for its deep rich red flesh and its high content of Omega-3 Oil. Each individual salmon is hand inspected for quality and appearance, brined in salt and brown sugar, and then smoked over natural hardwood for 12 hours to make this truly delicious smoked salmon fillet. All of the salmon are very tightly trimmed and sliced by hand, then placed on a gold board. All of our sockeye fillets are natural and certified kosher. A unique item for the most discerning customers.
