Smoked Salmon Chowder
Straight from the world-famous Pike Place Chowder, classic Clam Chowder.
Authentic Pacific Northwest flavors, with nova smoked salmon, capers, and cream cheese. A Seattle favorite!
Chowder is perishable, so please plan to refrigerate or freeze your order upon delivery.
Stovetop: Empty contents of package into a sauce pan and heat at medium temperature while stirring to prevent scorching or sticking. You may choose to heat the chowder in a double boiler for ease and convenience. Heat to 160 degrees fahrenheit, serve at 155 degrees fahrenheit.
Microwave: Empty contents of package into a microwave safe bowl, cover and microwave on high heat for 90 seconds. Stir and heat on high heat for 90 seconds again. Stir and enjoy!
