- Fresh from the Ocean, not from the warehouse
- All seafood is shipped in cardboard covered, reusable, styrofoam boxes containing gel ice NOT dry ice.
- To ensure the highest quality seafood possible all orders received Monday through Thursday before 9 AM PST will ship the same day ordered, unless a specific date is requested in the customer notes section. Whereas orders received after 9 AM PST ship the next day. We understand that this may pose an inconvenience if you would like seafood shipped the same day for next day delivery and encourage you to call 1-800-334-2669 before 3 PM PST to check the availabilty of fresh seafood to be shipped the same day for next day delivery. Thank you for your support in our way of providing the highest qualiyt product.
- All orders received on Thursday after 9 AM PST will ship the following Monday unless a specific date is requested in the customer notes section. We understand that this may pose an inconvenience if you would like seafood for Friday and it is Thursday afternoon, we encourage you to call 1-800-334-2669 before 3 PM PST to check the availabilty of fresh seafood to be shipped on Thursday for Friday delivery. Thank you for your support in our way of providing the highest qualiyt product.
- All orders received on Fridays will ship the following Monday unless the Saturday Delivery Service is selected for Friday shipping and the additional $25 fee is paid for Saturday delivery. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.
- Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii cost an additional $25.00.
- Note on shipping included: If your cart has an order containing both shipping included products and non-shipping included products the shipping included offer will only be applied to the item specified to included shipping. Included shipping will not apply to the entire order and additional standard shipping rates will by applied to each non-shipping included items.

- Returns & Replacements
- All shipping sales are final. Any spoilage due to delayed shipping may be replaced depending on circumstances, and are subject to review by City Fish Co.
- Viewing Orders
- Log in to your account and select My Orders.
- Updating Account Information
- Click on the MyAccount link in the top right corner of the page. Use your email address and password to log in to your My Account Dashboard. From your Dashboard you can manage your account, look at your orders, update your billing address and maintain your wishlist etc.
