We guarantee freshness up to 48 hours.
All fresh fish and smoked salmon orders received Monday through Thursday by 4:00 P.M. PST are shipped that day by UPS Next Day Air. All orders received after 4:00 PM will be shipped the next day except for Friday. All orders received on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Saturday delivery requires a $25.00 surcharge and is not available in all areas. Please call the store for details. If you want us to ship on a specific date, please indicate in the Note Section when you want your order to ship.Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii cost an additional $25.00.
