- We guarantee freshness up to 48 hours.
- All fresh fish and smoked salmon orders received Monday through Thursday by 4:00 P.M. PST are shipped that day by UPS Next Day Air. All orders received after 4:00 PM will be shipped the next day except for Friday. All orders received on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Saturday delivery requires a $25.00 surcharge and is not available in all areas. Please call the store for details.
- Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii cost an additional $25.00.

- All shipping sales are final. Any spoilage due to delayed shipping may be replaced depending on circumstances, and are subject to review by City Fish Co.

- Click on the MyAccount link in the top right corner of the page. Use your email address and password to log in to your My Account Dashboard. From your Dashboard you can manage your account, look at your orders, update your billing address and maintain your wishlist etc.
